Cancellation Policy


-Withdrawal and Cancellation-
1. You can withdraw the Order by telling us before the Contract is made, if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability.
2. You can cancel the appointment prior to receipt of the services by giving us at least 24hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, your deposit is not refundable and cannot be transferred to your new appointment.
3. If you can’t make an appointment or running more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we can, but we won’t be obligated to, provide you with an alternative date or time for your scan, based on our availability.
4. We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. In the event that we choose to cancel your booking, you will get a full refund of your deposit or the full amount you have paid for booking this service. However, we won’t be liable for any further compensation. Refunds are to be paid within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
